Head Mason - job 1 of 2

As a Head Mason at Bone Dry, your responsibilities include overseeing masonry projects, managing a team of masons, and ensuring the quality of work. You will coach and develop Masonry Laborers, perform tasks such as mixing mortar, tuck pointing, and conducting customer communications throughout the project. You’ll also be involved in training initiatives and will uphold safety and policy compliance.

To be considered for the Head Mason role at Bone Dry, you’ll need a valid driver's license, a background check, and at least 3 years of experience in both brick laying and tuck pointing. Supervisory experience is essential as you’ll be directing work crews, and candidates must also be prepared to work two Saturdays each month during peak season.
