As an Employer Brand & Engagement Partner working within the People & Culture team, you will play a key role in engaging our existing colleagues and attracting new talent - before, during and after helping to create our new employer brand. In addition to helping establish our new employer brand, you’ll also help ensure it’s lived, recognised, and celebrated throughout our people experience: 

  • EVP and employer branding:
    • Helping coordinate, conduct and synthesis research that establishes our ‘give’ and ‘get’ EVP.
    • Supporting the creative process of turning insights about life at Booksy into an employer brand that accurately represents our cultural and working realities.
    • Working with creative and comms teams to brief, create and distribute stories aligned to our future employer brand and content strategy.

  • Employer engagement and recognition:
    • Supporting the design and implementation of our employee listening strategy, focused on gathering feedback of Booksy as a workplace, and tracking engagement trends.
    • Designing and rolling out in-person and remote employee engagement initiatives.  
    • Organising employee events, such as social gatherings and internal communities in partnership with the entire Talent Development team and Global Employer Brand Lead.

Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you’re going to need to be…

  • Experienced with branding, marketing, communication and employee engagement: You’ve got demonstrable experience working on projects within these fields. Having played a supporting role is essential. Experience of spear-heading some things is highly desirable.
  • Incredibly well organised with solid project management skills: We don’t expect you to be a formally trained PM but there is a lot to do. You will be able to demonstrate experience of managing projects end to end, ensuring delivery on time and within budget. 
  • A natural storyteller with a creative flair: You will help brief and generate content aligned to our new employer brand. It’s not essential to be an expert with Adobe or a seasoned copy writer but you’re an excellent communicator who can present easy-to-follow narratives.
  • An ability to analyze, synthesize, report and recommend: You'll be comfortable with data, and translating it into insights that stakeholders will understand and care about.
