• Supports transitions referring to shadowing and stabilization;
• Ensures the quality of the Desktop procedures;
• Posts (e.g. acquisitions, movements, retirements) in asset accounting;
• Evaluates issues in asset accounting due to the legal obligation of capitalizing;
• Creates and maintains master data asset accounting;
• Activities related to inventory of fixed assets in SAP;
• Creates reports in asset accounting;
• Ensures good communication with local unit;
• Supports interface to SAP-module PS (Project System); 
• Month End closing activities;
• Writing and updating of work instructions;
• Ensure the update and review of the work instructions assigned by superior;
• Involving in improvement and standardization of activities;
• Support Junior Accountant/Accountant to perform complex tasks;
• Training in the Fixed Assets area as required;
• Reads, understands and applies the procedures from area of responsibility and other interdepartmental procedures, applicable within the company;
• Fulfils any other tasks related to area of responsibility, as requested by direct superior.

• University degree (studies in Financial/ Accounting field);
• Minimum 3 years experience in Asset Accounting/ Finance;
• Fluently spoken and written of English;
• Proficient computer skills - SAP Module FI/ FA and MS Office;
• Strong communication skills;
• Ability to work under pressure during peak periods and respecting the deadlines;
• Team player and ability to work in a flexible way;
• Independent working style;
• Strong organizational and coordination skills;
• Positive attitude;
• Availability to travel.
