As the Manager, HR Technology & Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in the firm by driving digital transformation and enhancing the employee experience through data-driven insights, automation, and AI capabilities.


You will shape our HR technology strategy, partnering closely with HR, IT, and business leaders to streamline processes, add self-serve functionality, and support our growing global operations with advanced analytics and automation.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute a scalable HR technology roadmap, focusing on integrating firm-wide systems and emerging technologies, including AI and generative tools, to enhance HR capabilities, streamline processes, and provide a seamless employee experience that supports firm growth.
  • Manage the structure and configuration of UKG, including system setup, security, updates, and changes related to domestic and global expansion. Conduct audits of data fields, workflows, and system settings to ensure consistency, improve usability, and enhance integration with other applications. Collaborate with vendors to implement improvements that align with company goals and enhance the user experience.
  • Establish data consistency practices across HR systems, ensuring that data is reliable, accurate, and optimized for reporting and analytics. Understand and manage integrations with other systems, enabling seamless data flow and supporting enhanced decision-making, self-service options, and digital transformation initiatives. Work with the Business Insights and Analytics team on data stewardship to ensure data governance policies are adhered to and data quality is maintained.
  • Partner with the Business Insights and Analytics (BIA) team to create a robust analytics framework, ensuring data is accessible, accurate, and actionable. Deliver insights that inform HR strategies in HR operations, talent acquisition, workforce planning, and retention, leveraging predictive analytics to support workforce planning and HR’s strategic impact.
  • Lead efforts to optimize global HR processes, designing user-friendly solutions that add self-service capabilities and simplify tasks for employees and HR teams. Collaborate with stakeholders to support scalability, compliance, and efficient operations.
  • Serve as the main contact for HR technology needs, working closely with HR, IT, and business teams to align technology initiatives with strategic goals. Provide training to HR and business teams to ensure effective use of HR technology and promote data-driven decision-making.


What You'll Bring
  •  Bachelor’s degree in information technology, HR management, data analytics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR technology, with a strong focus on HRIS, data management, analytics and reporting, and knowledge of system integrations.
  • Demonstrated success managing data consistency initiatives, HR technology roadmaps, and process improvement projects.
  • Proficiency in analytics and reporting, with preferred experience in creating dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across departments and with vendors.
  • Experience with UKG and other HRIS platforms, as well as data visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with AI and automation technologies for HR processes.
  • Background in global organizations, with knowledge of region-specific HR requirements and solutions.
