We are looking for a Payroll Specialist who will be responsible for assisting in performing the standard accounting tasks related to the payroll processes.
How you will make a difference:
Maintain payroll records: new hires, leavers, transfers, contractual changes etc.
Ensure knowledge of Client contracts of employment, policies, taxation, mandatory insurances and social security regulations – ensuring all payments are duly authorized, correct and compliant.
Correct and timely net payments at all times:
Target - 100% correct pay slips. Payments transmitted on time and accurately.
What will make you stand out:
English – good level (B1/B2).
Experience in Portuguese Payroll & HR Administration – 3 years
Experience in using MS Office
