Your Impact

As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the product’s development and deployment, with a focus on large-scale deployments for our MM and Enterprise B2B customers. In this role, you will also assist with regional market research, ensuring the product is aligned with the specific needs of different markets and regions, helping drive product-market fit. You will work closely with the domain lead, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the product delivers value to our customers and is successfully deployed in various regions.


A Typical Day
  • Support the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Deliverect’s New Product, focusing on both short-term and long-term goals.
  • Play a key role in leading and supporting large-scale deployments of the Product for MM and enterprise B2B customers, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.
  • Gather insights and data from regional markets to help inform product development and ensure alignment with local customer needs and trends.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and customer support, to define, prioritize, and deliver key features.
  • Assist in translating customer feedback and business needs into actionable product features, ensuring the finance product solves key pain points for customers.
  • Utilize KPIs, analytics, and customer insights to inform product decisions and continuously optimize the finance product’s performance.
  • Work closely with engineering and deployment teams to ensure the product is deployed successfully and effectively to customers.
  • Assist senior product managers in maintaining product roadmaps and business cases that align with the company's broader strategy and customer needs.
  • Provide ongoing support to ensure customer success during product rollouts, acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams.


Your Expertise
  • 1-3 years of experience managing SaaS products, particularly in B2B environments, with a strong understanding of product lifecycle and deployment.
  • Proven ability to lead or support large-scale deployments of complex products, ensuring successful implementation and adoption.
  • Experience in conducting regional market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competition, ensuring the product is tailored to different regions.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable product features that drive success.
  • Experience in using customer insights, data, and KPIs to inform product decisions and optimize product performance.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and customers at all levels.
  • Ability to work effectively with engineering, design, and business teams to ensure product success and alignment with customer needs.


Nice to Have
  • Experience in the fintech industry, particularly in financial products or services, is a plus.
  • Exposure to AI/ML product management or related technologies, particularly in a product context, is highly beneficial.
  • Familiarity with enterprise B2B environments and understanding of complex customer needs in these sectors.
  • Experience with accounting software or related financial tools is a big plus and will greatly enhance your ability to understand customer requirements and product needs.


Additional Information
  • This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 3 days in our Downtown, Toronto office location and 2 days of remote work. Fluency in English is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills being essential.
