Stellenbeschreibung

Hast Du Interesse, einen tiefen Einblick in die HR-Welt zu erhalten? Dann werde Teil unseres HR-Businesspartner:innen-Teams und unterstütze uns ab sofort für 15-20h/Woche bei den vielseitigen operativen Aufgaben entlang des Employee Lifecycles.

  • Vorbereitung des Welcome Days
  • Organisation und ggf. Führen von Onboarding-Beratungs- sowie Mitte-Probezeit-Gesprächen
  • Administration des Betrieblichen Eingliederungsmanagements
  • Finalisierung von Zeugnissen
  • Mitwirkung an verschiedenen HR-Projekten und Workshops im Rahmen der Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung
  • Durchführung von Recherchen, Erstellung von Auswertungen und graphische Aufbereitung der Ergebnisse in PowerPoint

Qualifikationen

  • Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Wirtschafts- oder Sozialwissenschaften idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder in einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Ausgeprägtes Interesse für HR Themen
  • Erste Erfahrung im Bereich HR wünschenswert 
  • Gewinnende Persönlichkeit mit guten Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
  • Deutschkenntnisse auf selbstständigem Anwendungsniveau (mindestens B2)
