Stellenbeschreibung

  • Du betreust eigenständig einen definierten Mitarbeiterkreis entlang des gesamten Employee Life Cycles – von Eintritt bis Austritt.

  • Du begleitest Veränderungsprozesse und bringst dich aktiv bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer HR-Strukturen ein.

  • Du arbeitest eng mit unseren HR Business Partner:innen und dem Recruiting zusammen.

Qualifikationen

  • Du hast bereits mindestens 2–3 Jahre Erfahrung im HR-Bereich gesammelt – idealerweise in einem dynamischen Umfeld.

  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und verlierst auch in stressigen Situationen nicht den Überblick.

  • Du bist kommunikationsstark, souverän im Auftreten und kannst dich in Gesprächen gut durchsetzen
