At Johnson Controls, we are searching for a Talent Acquisition Partner to cover maternity leave, joining our fabulous Nordic Talent Acquisition team to meet the growing demands of our business in the region. You’ll be based in our Holme, Aarhus office in Denmark, reporting to the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager. You’ll collaborate closely with 2 colleagues in the Nordic team, as well as local HR and senior stakeholders in the Nordics, to help execute our recruitment strategy.

The maternity cover will be in effect from June 2025 to April 2026.
Primary Tasks
Oversee all Talent Acquisition activity within your remit for specific business division or countries
Tracking of all open requisition and their current hiring status – including interviews, offers and start dates
Working as a part of a broader regional team, ensuring TA dashboard is updated as required
Ensure Hiring Managers are aligned and aware of the hiring activities for their open positions with continuous collaboration and communication
Develop hiring strategies to attract and engage external talent, including market research and participation in different events/fairs within the local community
Monitor appropriate activity on Workday (posting, candidate workflow, status update notes, eOffer)
Responsible for ensuring analytics and metrics are accurate
Ensure you are providing a best-in-class candidate experience
Continuous collaboration and communication with HR, HRSSC management and business leaders
About You:
Demonstrable experience in a corporate and industrial high-volume full-cycle recruitment function
Internal recruitment experience and the ability to source candidates across various areas
Stakeholder management experience and the ability to advise & influence to ensure the best hiring decisions are made
You are an agile communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills, understand your audience, and can quickly adapt to meet the needs of differing audiences
You’re analytical, considering data from multiple sources & relationships, can identify links between dissimilar data sets, and draw conclusions & assumptions that will best benefit the business
Successful stakeholder management skills within a matrixed organization
Experience with Workday (or other recruitment tools), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other direct sourcing tools
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Danish is essential
