In a nutshell

As a business analyst you will support our globally distributed CRM Team, to implement our Dynamics MS CRM solution. 

Where will you be based and what business will you support?

Based in Brussels, you will join a globally distributed CRM team - within the Eurofins Group CRM IT Competency Centre. 

How can you help us? 

As a Business Analyst, you will:

• Prepare functional documentation and design CRM customizations (FRD, SDD) on different CRM areas (including Customer data management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service)
• Organize and conducting Q&A, and Webinar workshop sessions in the international business environment
• Prepare and distribute CRM newsletters covering flash news and updates
• Prepare, document and execute of test cases for end to end business scenarios
• Work together with other team members to ensure high quality of delivered solutions
• Break down functional requirements into user stories.
• Contribute to the Scrum process and coordinating with the team located in Bangalore, India.
• Provide on-going support to business users by providing solution expertise and guidelines over the entire project life-cycle: from analysis of requirements through implementation until deployment, migration and go-live phases.

Are you our kind of extraordinary?

You have

• A Minimum of 4-5 years professional experience on a similar position, contributing to multiple projects with your strong functional Dynamics MS CRM application skills.
• Strong business domain knowledge, adequate legislation, standards and best practices in areas of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.
• Very good interpersonal, communication and work self-organization skills (good listener, ability to communicate with business and with technical people)

You are:

• Self-motivated and driven to achieve professional success in end-client environment.
• Target oriented and professional work attitude is greatly desirable.
• Fluent in written and oral English. 

What else should I know?

The following skills are an advantage:

• Understanding and knowledge of whole Dynamics MS CRM system technologies.
• Experience in the business domain (in sales/marketing department).
• Fluent in German and/or French.
