WHAT DOES A MEDIA DIRECTOR DO?
The Media Director is an experienced leader within the department who provides strategic guidance and oversight of day-to-day operations across a portfolio of media accounts. This person oversees the media planning and buying process end-to-end and is the voice of experience with the client. The Media Director is responsible for the training, management, and growth of a team of direct reports within a portfolio and is the first point of escalation when issues arise. Seamless collaboration with the appropriate HCP and DTC clients, senior-level Account and media subject matter experts (SMEs), and active participation in organic growth and new business activities is expected.

EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits for all employees. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $101,000.00 to $150,000.00 and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living).
