RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Determine and prioritize daily activities in the production area
  • Review and revise setup, run, and clean-down tickets for new processes
  • Participate in Process Hazard Analyses (PHAs)
  • Contribute to technical teams and cross-functional projects
  • Lead safety discussions and support ongoing safety culture improvements
  • Offer feedback and suggestions for process improvements to management and support staff
  • Create process changeover punch lists and coordinate with maintenance for execution
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams
  • Assist in scope development and define design requirements for capital projects
  • Actively seek ways to improve yields, reduce costs, and minimize waste

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a Manufacturing environment, High School diploma or equivalent, and prior departmental experience required.
  • Strong equipment troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical abilities; proficient with MS Word, Excel, and preferred systems like SAP and Trackwise.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, work independently, and communicate effectively across all levels in both written and verbal forms.
  • In-depth knowledge of GMP standards and documentation practices, with demonstrated success in regulated environments involving hazardous materials.
  • Skilled in prioritizing tasks, managing competing demands, and completing assignments on time in a fast-paced setting.
  • Consistently follows all safety and environmental policies, wears required PPE, and reports risks, injuries, or unsafe behaviors promptly.
  • Maintains a clean and safe work environment, supports product quality, and ensures adherence to SISIPQ principles.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing stairs/ladders, using hand tools, and working in confined spaces, high noise, and temperature conditions.
  • Able to work standard weekday shifts with flexibility for overtime or schedule changes to meet 365-day operational needs.
  • Engages in cross-functional teamwork, provides peer coaching, supports training, and drives process improvements.
