Own the full partnership lifecycle, from prospecting to closing.
Target and engage with fitness creators, professional athletes, sports organizations, and fitness equipment companies
Master our automated outreach tool, Saral, to identify and connect with high-potential partners
Craft and execute strategic sales approaches that resonate with our target partners
Lead discovery calls and presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition
Negotiate partnership terms that create win-win scenarios
Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline using modern CRM tools
Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor movements to refine your approach
Collaborate with our marketing and product teams to ensure seamless partner experiences
Provide strategic insights and performance updates to leadership
A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
Experience in business development or sales, ideally in fitness tech or related industries
Strong independence and self-motivation, with the ability to thrive in a remote environment
Proficiency with modern sales and lead generation tools
Outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal
Natural relationship-building skills and negotiation expertise
