Laithwaites is one of the world’s leading direct-to-consumer wine businesses — and we’ve been connecting people with great wine for over 50 years. We work directly with over 450 winemakers across Australia and around the world, bringing their stories and bottles to life through bold marketing and smart partnerships.
But great wine is only half the story — it’s how we connect with our customers that sets us apart.
In this role, you’ll help us bring those connections to life. We’re looking for a Partnerships Campaign Manager to plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns — across email, print, and digital — that engage our audience and drive new customer growth.
It’s a hands-on role, perfect for someone who enjoys making things happen — from briefing creative and managing timelines, to working closely with our business partners and reporting back on campaign performance. No two days are the same, and we like it that way.
We’re wine nuts. Pure and simple.
We go off the beaten track to discover unsung winemakers and unexpected places — because that’s where the best stories (and the tastiest wines) are hiding. And we don’t just sell wine — we help people experience it. That means bold marketing, smart partnerships, and a customer experience that’s anything but ordinary.
In our Sydney team, we move fast, collaborate closely, and care deeply about the work we do. There’s a genuine team spirit here, and plenty of opportunity to grow — whether it’s stepping into new projects, learning new skills, or finding your own path forward.
So, if you love adventure as much as we do — and you’re ready to start a new one — we’d love to hear from you.
As Partnerships Campaign Manager, you’ll take ownership of planning, executing and optimising marketing campaigns across a portfolio of trusted brand partners. You’ll work across digital, print, email and social — managing timelines, briefing teams, liaising with partners, and tracking campaign results to ensure every activity lands on time, on brand, and on budget.
✅ You take ownership and keep things moving — even when priorities shift
✅ You’re proactive and clear in your communication, and know when to step in to unblock progress
✅ You enjoy the pace and variety of campaign delivery and like seeing your work in action
❌ You wait for direction rather than taking initiative
❌ You prefer predictable routines or highly structured environments
❌ You shy away from external-facing communication or juggling competing deadlines
Research shows that while men apply to jobs when they meet around 60% of the criteria, women and people from underrepresented backgrounds tend to only apply when they check every box. If this role sounds exciting but you’re not sure you meet every requirement — we’d still love to hear from you.
