Location: Philippines (remote)

Employment Time: Part-Time

Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support a variety of administrative and marketing tasks. This role focuses on automation, email campaigns, and project coordination to streamline our outreach and engagement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Email Campaign Automation:
    • Create and manage automated email campaigns using provided lists, photos, and materials.
    • Ensure all campaign materials (flyers, images, etc.) are properly set up and sent to the targeted audience.
  2. Marketing and Outreach:
    • Support the promotion of weekly events, including Thursday necessary conversations and Friday recruiting sessions.
    • Manage and execute a 30-day campaign to increase social media engagement and follower growth on platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook.
    • Call leads and prospects from existing database to offer them our products and services
    • Collaborate on campaigns for a related magazine publication, focusing on family-oriented engagement and lead generation.
  3. Administrative Support:
    • Manage scheduling and logistics for seven weekly meetings.
    • Maintain and update contact lists, CVs, and other essential information.
    • Provide regular updates and final confirmations on tasks and projects.
  4. Project Coordination:
    • Work with automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks.
    • Ensure all materials are accurately prepared and sent out on time.
