Job Summary:
This role will play a key role in placing NewForce student graduates and alumni in suitable technical roles, preparing them for interviews and supporting their transition into the workforce.
As a Tech Placement Recruiter, you will be responsible for placing top-tier technical professionals with recent upskilled competency in Data Analytics. You will work closely with Technical hiring managers to develop recruitment placement strategies, identify the best talent in the industry, and ensure a smooth hiring process. Your role will be crucial in placing our boot camp graduates in technical roles throughout West Virginia.

You’ll also be a mentor and supporter for these individuals, ensuring they have a seamless experience as they step into their new roles. To be successful in this position, you’ll need considerable experience in tech recruitment, along with a good grasp of the IT landscape and programming languages relevant to the industry. Excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and a problem-solving mindset will serve you well in this fast-paced environment.
