Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

·       Development: Craft and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and patient acquisition.

·       Content Management: Oversee the creation, curation, and management of digital content across various platforms, including websites, blogs, and social media.

·       SEO and SEM: Optimize website content for search engines and manage paid search advertising campaigns to enhance online visibility.

·       Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyse, and report on digital marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

·       Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to engage and grow our online community.

·       Email Marketing: Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain relationships with existing patients.

·       Website Management: Ensure the Avisa Smart Hospitals website is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions.

·       Budget Management: Allocate and manage the Ad marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal ROI . 

·       Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including clinical, administrative, and external partners, to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

·       Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies to keep Avisa at the forefront of innovation.

·       Client Engagement: Facilitate effective communication with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and tailor marketing efforts accordingly.

·       Ad Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the Ad marketing team to track progress, analyse revenue, and create progress reports.

·       Graphic Design: Create compelling graphic designs for social media posts, including reels and static graphics.

·       Content Writing: Write and post engaging blogs and articles across various portals, and generate contents for graphical posts as well. 

·       Social Media Engagement: Increase engagement, views, and followers across all Avisa social media channels, along with ratings and reviews at various platforms. 

·       Daily Posts: Creating graphics and content and post daily engaging content across all Avisa social media channels.

·       Visibility Enhancement: Increase the visibility of onboarded doctors and Hospitals at Avisa Portals with their ratings and reviews. 

 

Qualifications and Experience:

·       Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field and 3-5 years of experience in the relevant field in healthcare industry

·       Any relevant online certifications or coursework in digital marketing is a plus (e.g., Google Digital Garage, HubSpot Academy).

·        Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).

·       Basic understanding of SEO and SEM concepts.

·       Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and strong time-management skills.

·       Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
