Senior GTM Talent Partner

About incident.io

incident.io is the leading all-in-one platform for incident management. From small bugs to major outages, incident.io helps teams respond fast, reduce downtime, and improve every time something goes wrong.

Since launching in 2021, we’ve helped 800 companies—including Netflix, Airbnb and Block—resolve over 250,000 incidents. Every month, more than 30,000 responders across Engineering, Product and Support use incident.io to fix things faster.

We’re a small team that cares deeply about pragmatism, quality, magic, and pace. We are backed by leading investors like Index Ventures, and Point Nine, alongside many angel investors who are founders and executives of world-class companies.

The role

We’ve built a strong GTM team. As we scale our team to meet demand, we’re focused on keeping quality high, and hiring intentionally. This role is central to that.

You’ll help support our efforts to hire a variety of roles in GTM: AEs, BDRs, Sales Engineers and more. You’ll own the process end-to-end from sourcing exceptional talent, to getting them over the line. Candidate experience matters to us, and you’ll be responsible for making it excellent at every stage.

We care about quality, not quantity. We want to find a small number of world-class people, and are happy to do magic, creative, or expensive things to find them. That means working closely with our team to amplify their work, open doors, and doing whatever it takes to get the right people talking to us.

This is a high-impact role, reporting directly to our CEO and working closely with our Chief Revenue Officer. The role is based in our X office. We’re in at least 3 days a week because we believe being together helps us learn and move faster.

What you’ll be doing:

  • End-to-end hiring across a variety of GTM roles (e.g. AEs, BDRs, Sales Engineers)

  • Work closely with our CRO and GTM leaders to define what great looks like in every role

  • Proactively source world-class talent through outbound, referrals, and creative channels

  • Track pipeline progress, flagging risks early, and keeping everyone in the loop

  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first message to final offer

  • Champion high hiring standards

What you need to be successful:

  • Proven experience hiring strong talent in GTM roles in fast-growing startups

  • Strong sourcing skills and an eye for high-quality talent

  • Confident communicator who can work directly with senior stakeholders

  • Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple roles at once

  • Comfortable with ambiguity, and ready to build from the ground up

The salary for this position is determined by several job-related factors, such as experience, relevant skills, training, location, business needs, or market demands. The salary range for this role is $130,000 - $175,000 this position also offers equity options.

Our commitment to diversity

We embrace diversity at incident.io, and believe in creating supportive and inclusive environments where all of our employees can succeed. To build a product that’s loved by everyone, we need a team with all kinds of different perspectives, experiences, and backgrounds. That’s why we’re committed to hiring people regardless of race, religion, colour, national origin, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, and related medical conditions), sexual orientation, gender identity, age, neurodiversity status, disability status, or otherwise.
