We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant for our Chief Growth Officer based remotely. This role provides core EA services and strong program management support for these executives. The Executive Assistant helps our departments function as efficiently as possible by helping manage and coordinate calendars, expense reports, travel, events, meetings, space planning, and special projects. He or she also attends the key meetings we use to run the business, takes notes, and follows up on agreed actions.  


What you will be doing:

  • Proactively maintain calendars and prioritize executive’s time
  • Protect schedules from low-priority interruptions – intervene when necessary
  • Process incoming emails & respond when necessary
  • Attend meetings, take notes, take action items, and follow up on assignments
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings & events
  • Set agendas and create content for those meetings
  • Manage and book travel arrangements & process expense reports
  • Prepare various reports and summaries
  • Be a central point for coordination across divisional leaders 
  • Manage various projects, coordinating with various teams and customers

  • You are confident in setting agendas on an executive level.
  • Willingness to travel for work events both domestically and internationally as needed.

  • You understand the voice and position of these Executives and can help coach others across the company when engaging with them. 


$80,000 - $100,000 a year
