Job Overview:

InVitro Capital is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Healthcare Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis for 3 months. This position will play a vital role in identifying, sourcing, and hiring top healthcare professionals, including pharmacists, nurses, and medical assistants, to meet our ongoing needs. The recruiter will focus on building and managing a robust talent pipeline, ensuring a seamless recruitment process, and successfully onboarding new hires.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attract and Hire Talent: Develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies to attract pharmacists (with LTC experience), nurses, and medical assistants.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates using job boards, professional networks, LinkedIn, Indeed, BambooHR, and Workable.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with organizational needs.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews with hiring managers, facilitate feedback collection, and follow up to ensure timely decision-making.
  • Offer and Onboarding: Facilitate the hiring process, manage offer letters, and oversee the onboarding of new talents to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all recruitment processes comply with local regulations and maintain accurate documentation of candidate credentials.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Healthcare Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare roles, certifications, and industry standards.
  • Experience recruiting pharmacists, nurses, and medical assistants, particularly in LTC or similar specialized roles.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, BambooHR, and Workable.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations related to healthcare recruitment.
  • Background in contract or contingency recruitment.
