KOSTAL Group is a global, family-owned German company that develops market-leading solutions for the solar and automotive industries. The company was established in 1912 and employs about 20 000 people at 47 locations in 22 countries. In Hungary, KOSTAL is building its first business service centre to provide business support in IT, finance, procurement, master data, sales and HR fields. This is a global centre with high value-added and complex processes, which you can help to grow.

The work can be managed remotely – with time-to-time office presence depending on the team’s agreement and the demand of the respective professional area – from any location in Hungary. In case of some company events, office attendance is expected from the colleagues. Technical conditions for working from home are fully in place.

Job Description

Join our global HR team and support our Compensation & Benefits function! This role involves analyzing compensation data, conducting job evaluations, and supporting salary structure analysis to ensure competitive and fair pay. You'll assist in compensation projects, market benchmarking, policy development, and administrative tasks while collaborating with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain compensation databases, tools, and reports.

  • Conduct job evaluations and market benchmarking.

  • Assist in salary structure analysis and policy development.

  • Support compensation & benefits projects, including coordination and reporting.

  • Ensure compliance with policies and industry standards.

  • Stay updated on trends and suggest process improvements.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or related field.

  • Min. 2 years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, or related areas.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS/compensation tools.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Fluent in English and comfortable working in an international team.
