Responsibilities

Program Oversight: Lead and manage multiple programs from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of program managers and project coordinators, providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to define program objectives, goals, and priorities aligned with the organization’s mission.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
Resource Management: Allocate resources, including staff and budget, to ensure program success and address any potential challenges.
Risk Management: Identify risks and obstacles that may impact program success and implement strategies for mitigation.
Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and deliver regular program reports, status updates, and presentations for senior management.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate program processes and implement improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Accounting, or Finance. Masters preferred
Experience:
Minimum of 8 years of program management experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Accounting and Finance knowledge.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or equivalent).
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Certifications: PMP or similar project management certification preferred, not required.
