This is a hybrid role that is highly consultative and requires regular meetings at a variety of Legacy locations across the Portland Metro area. On days that onsite activity is not required, individuals in this role may work remotely.
All new hires are required to come to a designated Legacy Health office location in Portland, Oregon prior to their start date for a new hire health assessment and to complete new employee orientation.

The Manager, Coordinated & Integrated Leaves is responsible for overseeing the reporting and administration of workers' compensation claims, short- and long-term disability claims, accommodations under the ADA, employee leaves under both company policy and federal and state laws. Ensures compliance with state and federal laws regarding workers’ compensation, ERISA, OSHA reporting, ADA, FMLA and OFLA, and LHS policy.
As a member of the People & Culture Leadership Team:
Education:
Bacheor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field or equivalent applicable experience.
Experience:
A minimum of five to eight years of diverse and progressively more responsible experience with Workers' Compensation, disability and leave claims. Some managerial/supervisory level experience preferred.
