Our client is a family-run Japanese company with over 200 years of history. It operates in two main divisions: food for human consumption and pet food. In Japan, the company has become a leader in the pet food industry, achieving top sales and widespread brand recognition. About the role

In this position, you will assume complete responsibility for the HR Position for INABA European

operation. Your regular duties will include:

  • Develop and implement human resource policies for the company’s employees.
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans
  • Develop training and development programs
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Provide counseling on policies and procedures
  • Provides accurate and constructive quality assessments of the company’s employees.
  • Ensures that the company complied with all the laws and regulations set by the government.
  • Maintains organized records and files of all the company’s employees.
  • Helps the operations manager in motivating and supporting the staff.
  • Examines key business measures for regulatory compliance and digital marketing roles of businesses and analyzes the effectiveness of companies and business profitability.
  • Implements worker training and dismissal in compliance with business rules.
  • Organizing team-building activities, workshops, and events to foster strong working relationships and camaraderie among employees.
  • Promoting the use of technology to streamline HR processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the employee experience.
  • Less than 4 years of experience in an HR-related role (Fresh graduates with 6 internship experiences are welcome to apply)
  • Experience in generalist (operations) roles is preferred
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Must have in-depth knowledge of HR management systems and recruitment guidelines
  • Can work well independently and in a team setting, with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Possess excellent German language skills and are fluent in English.
