Product Manager

We are looking for a motivated Product Manager to join one of our product lines, leading the strategy, roadmap, and prioritization of key features. This role blends development skills, business strategy, data analytics, user experience, and customer feedback to create seamless experiences. Working closely with the Director, this individual will develop business cases, establish key performance indicators, and ensure roadmap initiatives drive meaningful outcomes. Acting as the voice of the customer, they will translate needs into clear product requirements for the development team while driving necessary innovations. Highly results-oriented, they thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. 


ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: 
  • Act as the voice of the customer, deeply understanding customer needs and translating them into actionable product requirements. 
  • Own and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features that align with business objectives and customer impact. 
  • Define Epics and detailed requirements for product enhancements. 
  • Actively participate in the Agile development process, ensuring customer needs are clearly communicated and reflected in product development. 
  • Guide the team through the development lifecycle, from concept to successful launch. 
  • Develops business case for a new product feature or set of features, works with leadership and cross-functional teams to get alignment.   
  • Runs regularly scheduled business reviews for their product features and monitors product KPIs to ensure success metrics are being met, prioritizes options for enhancement.  
  • Keep pace with industry changes and competitive intelligence to ensure product differentiation  
  • Coach and mentor junior product owners on an as needed basis. 


REQUIREMENTS:
  • Prior experience working in an agile scrum team as Product Owner/Product Manager  
  • Ability to take market trends, data and feedback from customers, sales and support to breakdown strategy into product requirements.  
  • Experience taking a concept to launch and iterate through versions enhancing customer experience and business value.  
  • Business Acumen - experience working with financial metrics (e.g. revenue, bookings, attrition, profitability etc.)  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  
  • Strong interpersonal skills for working with multiple departments and subject matter experts  
  • Self-starter and able to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment  
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  
  • A technical aptitude for understanding technical concepts and simplifying them  
  • Experience with accounting systems, or the real estate industry is a plus.  
  • Prior experience using Design thinking, Lean Startup methodology/framework is a plus.  
  • Background in coding or web development.  
  • Experience with Salesforce development is a plus. 


QUALIFICATIONS:
  • EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science or a related field. 
  • EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Software Product Manager preferably for a SaaS product.
