Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Portuguese Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Streaming TV & Movie Services Department for one of our clients! In this exciting Entry Level role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Portuguese-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to our streaming services. Your linguistic skills will help our customers enjoy a seamless viewing experience.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in Portuguese through phone, email, and chat
  • Assist clients with questions regarding account issues, content availability, and subscription plans

  • Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Provide detailed information about new releases and service features
