Paid social media specialist | Mid

The Brand Communications team shapes Nord Security’s brand voice and image, building trust and recognition across internal and external channels. Our team produces various content (web and graphic design, video material, social media content, etc.), working with multiple stakeholders and teams across the organization. Our main focus is to grow and strengthen our brand, contributing to our position as a global cybersecurity powerhouse.


Main responsibilities
  • Setup, manage & optimize campaigns on Paid Social & Display channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook);
  • Maximize the performance of Nord Security’s employer branding and business suite campaigns through close collaboration with other teams;
  • Make sure that results are in line with KPIs, ensuring we not only meet but exceed our results;
  • Monitor competitor activities to understand the impact on our accounts and keep a pulse on the latest trends in the advertising industry;
  • Embrace data-driven insights to make informed decisions, build better strategies, and share expertise on the best approaches for creatives;
  • Develop audience strategies leveraging tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other ad platforms;
  • Collaborate with the creative team to help create high-performing ad assets;
  • Maintain budgets and ensure campaigns are executed efficiently and within allocated spend.


Core requirements
  • Strong expertise in managing Paid Social and Display channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X;
  • Proven experience in creating and implementing complex PPC strategies;
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills to monitor campaign execution and ensure accuracy;
  • The data-driven mindset with the ability to set up dashboards and use the latest analytics tools to track and optimize performance;
  • Ability to bring innovative ideas and strategies to the table;
  • Solid background in both B2C and B2B marketing;
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills;
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.


Salary range
  • Gross Salary 1660-4140 EUR/Month.
