About Nudge
Nudge’s goal is to help the brain work better by creating a generalized product that can precisely stimulate and image the brain, entirely non-invasively. We aim to achieve this by developing cutting-edge ultrasound technology to treat neurological and psychiatric disorders, like addiction, and eventually, creating a mainstream consumer device that can modulate mood, focus, sleep, and more.
To realize those ambitions, we’re growing a scrappy, multidisciplinary, science and engineering team focused on making the best technology possible for interfacing with the whole brain, and a product that has the potential to improve people’s daily lives more than any other.
About the role
We just moved into our new office and need someone to help us with everything office-related. This will be the third Ops hire at Nudge and a great opportunity for a junior person to be involved with many aspects of our growth.
You will
Be the face of Nudge for both internal and external parties
Own the office experience, ensuring everything runs smoothly for our growing team
Be the POC for all office operations such as housekeeping, security, deliveries, maintenance
Drive logistics for the team’s every day needs, from daily lunches to office supplies
Help with planning and logistics for team offsites and events

You’re proactive and enjoy finding better ways to do things
You learn quickly and adapt well to changing priorities
You take ownership of tasks and follow through with strong attention to detail
You're comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities and prioritizing effectively

Compensation Range
$80,000 - $100,000/year + equity
While this represents our expected range based on market data, final compensation will be determined based on your specific qualifications and may be outside this range.
