This role is based in San Francisco and requires in-office presence on Mondays and Wednesdays as part of a hybrid work model. The schedule is subject to change based on business needs.

You prefer a fully defined plan before getting started. We’re looking for someone who can build and execute a full-year recruiting plan with minimal guidance.
You find ambiguity challenging. As a growing company, change is a constant, and adaptability is key to success in this role.
You prefer to work independently rather than collaboratively. While you’ll own and drive the program, cross-functional partnership is essential for its success.
You prefer a fully remote role with no travel. This role involves building university relationships, which will require spending time on various campuses and attending conferences.
You’re looking to specialize in only one area. This role will flex across multiple areas of expertise, so if you prefer to solely focus on early career recruiting, this might not be the best fit.
