Work Arrangement: Remote

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST

Job Type: Full-time

Holiday Adherence: US Holidays

PTO Entitlement: 14 days PTO + public holidays and sick leave

Role Overview

The Financial Accountant will manage critical financial processes and backend operations to ensure the company’s financial health and operational efficiency. This role requires acute attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management:

  • Prepare, send, and track invoices to clients.
  • Organize and maintain financial records using QuickBooks or similar tools.
  • Monitor payments and ensure timely reconciliation.

Backend Operations:

  • Oversee the onboarding process by sending and managing contracts for new hires and clients.
  • Streamline administrative and financial workflows for backend operations.
  • Provide structured updates and maintain comprehensive reporting systems.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for optimizing financial and operational processes.
  • Proactively address workflow inefficiencies and implement solutions.

Must-Haves:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in finance and backend operations.
