Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of our internal platform tailored for creator managers. This tool will empower our team with a robust, data-visualization-driven dashboard to streamline creator management and campaign execution.  This role is pivotal in delivering a product that aligns with Pearpop’s seamless, impactful solutions mission. The Product Manager will bridge technical and business teams, ensuring the product meets the needs of talent managers while reflecting our data-driven, user-focused ethos.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth product research to ensure our internal platform addresses the real-world needs of talent managers, going beyond technical specifications.

  • Engage regularly with talent managers to collect feedback, refine requirements, and ensure the platform supports their campaign and creator management goals.

  • Serve as the key connector between the engineering team and business stakeholders, aligning technical development with Pearpop’s strategic vision.

  • Design a user-friendly platform that prioritizes intuitiveness and avoids unnecessary technical complexity, reflecting our commitment to seamless solutions.

  • Drive the product roadmap, prioritizing features to meet the aggressive launch deadline 

  • Collaborate with engineering to support the shift from Flutter to a JavaScript/React-based front-end, maintaining a high-quality user experience.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a tech-driven or creative-tech environment.

  • Background in managing software products, with familiarity with CRM platforms or tools supporting creative workflows.

  • Knowledge in AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), with the ability to integrate these technologies to enhance product capabilities, highly preferred

  • Strong understanding of UX principles and a track record of translating user needs into practical, impactful product features.

  • Excellent communication skills, with experience uniting technical and business teams around a shared vision.

  • Proven Ability to excel under tight timelines.

  • Knowledge of JavaScript/React or front-end development workflows is a bonus, but not required.
