As a Corporate Recruiter, you’ll work hand-in-hand with the Director of People and Executive team to identify, source, recruit and close the best candidates for every opportunity at PerformYard. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, and rapidly expanding organization, and to be a key contributor in the development of the company. We have a lot of exciting growth ahead, and so we are looking for someone who can help to drive this next phase as we scale- everything from sourcing and interviewing candidates, to coordinating hiring processes, and partnering with hiring managers to put the best talent in front of them. As a Corporate Recruiter, you’ll collaborate directly with our Director of People and Executive team, taking the reins on sourcing, recruiting, and hiring brilliant talent that will help drive our mission forward. Your role will involve everything from conducting weekly strategy meetings with our leadership to crafting engaging job descriptions that attract the best candidates in the industry. You'll utilize tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and various sourcing strategies to ensure that we fill our roles with standout talent. Not only will you ensure a seamless hiring process, but you’ll also create a best-in-class experience for each candidate from application to onboarding. We value a consultative approach in our hiring practices, and you'll play a key role in developing strong relationships with hiring managers while maintaining transparency with candidates. If you possess a bachelor’s degree and have 1-3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, coupled with exceptional communication and organizational skills, we’d love to meet you!
