Company Description

***YOU MUST BE A CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES. This is a hybrid role with some flexibility for remote but you must live in Austin, Texas within commuting range to the office.***

Our client is a high-growth AI legal SaaS startup revolutionizing legal writing by empowering personal injury lawyers with tools to draft documents faster and more efficiently. Their best-in-class AI streamlines drafting demand letters and medical chronologies in minutes, not days.

Comp Package

  • Competitive salary with a highly lucrative uncapped commission model.
  • Flexible work model with hybrid or fully remote opportunities based on merit.

Lucrative Commission Model

The annual quota is 600K with a blended uncapped commission model below: 

  • Q1 150K quota achieved at 16% = $24,000
  • Q2 150K quota achieved at 16% = $24,000
  • Q3 150K quota achieved at 20% = $30,000
  • Q4 150K quota achieved at 20% = $30,000

Total = $108,000. Anything above 600K is at 24% commission.

If the base salary is $80K - achieving the annual quota would put the OTE at $188,000.

Job Description

You’ll be the second account executive focused on mid-market prospects. You will be responsible for managing and closing mid-market deals within the legal industry. You’ll work closely with personal injury law firms to demonstrate the value of our AI-driven solutions. This is a full-cycle sales role that requires consultative selling, relationship building, and the ability to navigate medium-complexity sales cycles.

Responsibilities

  • Execute medium complexity full sales cycles including managing multiple touchpoints for following up with deliverables such as proposals for multiple stakeholders.
  • Execute the full sales life cycle from lead generation and qualification to closing, ensuring consistent, predictable revenue growth.
  • Execute cold calling, email campaigns, and social media campaigns to connect with potential customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and consultative sales conversations to showcase the value of our AI-driven legal technology.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan focused on selling AI solutions to law firms. 
  • Manage pipeline, forecast revenue, and achieve/exceed quarterly sales quotas.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, legal tech innovations, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications

  • 2-5+ years of mid-market SaaS sales experience ideally with legal tech industry experience or law background. 
  • 2+ years of successfully achieving sales quotas every quarter with a proven track record of achieving an annual quota of $600K. 
  • Must have experience executing full sales life cycle from lead generation to closing. 
  • Proven success in navigating multi-stakeholder SaaS sales cycles of a medium complexity level. 
  • Self-motivated with a track record of managing your own pipeline.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, perform well under pressure, meet deadlines, and work a flexible schedule.
  • An entrepreneurial and determined attitude with a massive drive to meet targets, and the confidence to work independently without daily oversight.
  • Excited to work in a startup environment; you have a track record of being adaptable to changing priorities in a fluid, high-growth environment.
