Lucrative Commission Model
The annual quota is 600K with a blended uncapped commission model below:
Total = $108,000. Anything above 600K is at 24% commission.
If the base salary is $80K - achieving the annual quota would put the OTE at $188,000.
You’ll be the second account executive focused on mid-market prospects. You will be responsible for managing and closing mid-market deals within the legal industry. You’ll work closely with personal injury law firms to demonstrate the value of our AI-driven solutions. This is a full-cycle sales role that requires consultative selling, relationship building, and the ability to navigate medium-complexity sales cycles.
