    Location: Remote in Serbia
    Contract Type: Freelance (Project Order), success fee

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced Freelance Recruiter to help us identify, attract, and hire top talent for clinical research. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of recruitment processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team to meet our hiring goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for various positions.
    • Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, providing a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
    • Client Collaboration: Work closely with Milestone One Talent Manager to understand specific needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
    • Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct initial interviews and coordinate further rounds with internal teams.
    • Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

    Qualifications

    • Experience in clinical trials is a must
