We’re looking for a Recruiter to help us find top notch Software Engineers to help take Rocket Partners to the next level!

• Knowledge of how to use various sourcing channels i.e. LinkedIn, SeekOut, Lever
• Works effectively with other Recruiters, Head of Talent and Hiring Managers to identify candidate personas
• Co-develops and implements an effective sourcing strategy
• Able to build and maintain a talent pool that can meet the company’s future hiring needs 
• Able to reach out to different types of candidates and engage with them 
• Promotes our Employer Brand when they reach out to candidates on various platforms 
• Knowledge and understanding of technology literacy 
• Knowledge of sourcing for Agile Software Development teams 
• Drafts and sends out recruiting emails to potential candidates 
• Keeps track of pre-defined sourcing metrics and reports on them 
• Follow up on employee referrals

• Bachelor degree in HRM, Psychology, Education, Business, and/or related business experience; 2+ years experience as a Recruiter (Technical experience highly preferred) 
• Demonstrate affinity with candidate sourcing and recruitment techniques
• Familiarity with sourcing tools, HR systems (including an ATS) and candidate management systems
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Computer literate 
• Ability to effectively present both open roles and our company to candidates
• Ability to quickly make decisions
