We are looking for Administrative Manager / Human Resources Inspector, who knows how to make documents flawless and processes comfortable.

Job Description

What you'll be doing:

  • registration of hiring, transferring and dismissing employees in accordance with labor legislation, regulations, instructions, orders of director, instructions of the department management;
  • recording of vacations granted to employees, control over the preparation and observance of regular vacation schedules;
  • keeping records of sick leave certificates, drawing up protocols for the social insurance commission;
  • working time recording;
  • preparation of documents of dismissed employees for submission to the archive;
  • preparation of regulatory documents (regulations, job descriptions, internal labor regulations, staff lists, orders and other documents);
  • Providing answers to inquiries;
  • Monitoring changes in legislation.

Qualifications

What you'll bring:

  • higher education degree;
  • at least 2 years of experience in the relevant field;
  • high proficiency level in processing different kinds of information and documents;
  • knowledge, understanding and ability to analyze and apply in practice personnel-related laws and regulations;
  • experienced user of PC;
  • high level of Ukrainian language literacy;
  • Intermediate English;
  • systematic approach to tasks, self-discipline, attention to details;
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • ability to work in team, be initiative, proactive and accept constructive feedback;
  • ability to prioritize tasks, make decisions and take responsibility (particularly for your own actions);
  • willingness to learn and develop professionally.
