Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant
Location: 100% Remote (US Only)
Compensation: $74,000-84,000 + Comprehensive Benefits Package

Served with Honor is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our executive team. In this role, you will manage complex schedules, assist with executive communication, handle sensitive information, and contribute to the efficient running of the business. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and have excellent communication skills. What You’ll Do:
Executive Support & Communication:
Manage multiple calendars and coordinate complex scheduling for meetings, appointments, and travel.
Compose, proofread, and prepare correspondence on behalf of the executive team.
Act as the main point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring prompt responses and appropriate prioritization of communication.
Serve as the primary gatekeeper, ensuring proactive communication and maintaining the chain of command.
Meeting & Event Coordination:
Prepare agendas, take detailed notes, and draft minutes for Board meetings and other executive-level meetings.
Assist in coordinating company-wide or department-level events, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.
Support the planning and execution of offsites and special events.
Project & Time Management:
Track key executive projects, monitor timelines, and assist with prioritization of tasks to ensure deliverables are met.
Maintain a detailed to-do list to ensure efficient task management.
Collect, analyze, and present data to support decision-making for the executive team.
Documentation & Process Improvement:
Help document business processes and write standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure clarity and accessibility across departments.
Ensure all processes are well-documented and easily referenced by the team.
General Administrative Duties:
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other documents to assist with executive decision-making.
Maintain budgets for offsites and company-wide events, handling requests and queries related to these budgets.
Perform research as needed to support executive projects and initiatives.
What You’ll Bring:
Experience:
5+ years of experience in an administrative support role, with a focus on executive or high-level administration.
Prior experience with event planning and organizing team or company-wide events.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), as well as Planner, Loop, Teams, and Adobe Acrobat.
Experience with Canva and social media platforms for business use is a plus.
Organizational & Communication Skills:
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships across teams and external partners.
Problem Solving & Decision Making:
Ability to think critically, proactively solve problems, and develop unique solutions for challenges that arise.
Demonstrated decision-making capability with a focus on high performance and meeting deadlines.
Confidentiality & Adaptability:
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.
Other:
Professional appearance and demeanor, with the ability to interact effectively with senior executives and stakeholders.
Ability to travel for executive offsites when required.

Expected Compensation:
$74,000-84,000 annual salary, plus comprehensive benefits. Pay offered will depend on market location, experience, and qualifications. Additional details about benefits will be shared upon offer.
