Job Description

As an HRBP Associate, you will work closely with senior HR professionals to support and guide business leaders in various aspects of Human Resources.  Your role will involve providing HR support across multiple teams, helping foster a positive and productive work environment and ensuring the HR initiative align with business goals.  This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin their career in HR.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related degree. 
  • Prior internship or entry-level HR experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
  • A proactive attitude with the abiltiy to manage mulitple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Collaborative and able to work across the business and the HR ecosystem
  • Comfortable with fast pace and change
