Maintenance Scheduler

As a Maintenance Scheduler at Shearer’s, you will be responsible for managing the Ready to Schedule backlog and developing effective work schedules for maintenance activities. This includes coordinating with different teams, creating job packets, and ensuring that all maintenance work is prioritized and scheduled properly. To qualify for the Maintenance Scheduler position at Shearer’s, candidates should have a two-year technical degree or approximately three years of experience in maintenance scheduling. Having a background as a high-level maintenance technician for over two years is also beneficial. Strong communication, organization, and computer skills, particularly in Excel and Word, are essential for successful performance.

The work schedule for the Maintenance Scheduler at Shearer’s is primarily Monday to Friday, from 7 AM to 3:30 PM.
