Sierra Meadows Behavioral Health is excited to announce an opening for a Residential Program Manager to support our growing organization. The Residential Program Manager will design and manage all aspects of our residential facility operations in line with State and Joint Commission standards. Reporting directly to the Program Director, the Program Manager will provide leadership and oversight of day-to-day operations, develop and implement systems and procedures, manage the annual budget and expenditures, and ensure that all patients receive high-quality care. This role also involves facilitating weekly staff meetings, auditing documentation, and collaborating with families and other treatment facilities to ensure continuity of care.
Founded in 2019, Sierra Meadows Behavioral Health has grown steadily across the Central Valley, driven by our commitment to meet the behavioral health needs of the community. We serve adults with moderate to severe mental illness, offering 12 mental health inpatient beds, six detox/substance use disorder inpatient beds, a Partial Hospitalization Program, and an Intensive Outpatient Program. As we expand our services, we seek dynamic individuals who share our vision and values to join our team.
