Are you ready to jumpstart your career in supply chain systems and analytics? We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Supply Chain Systems Integration Intern to join our Supply Chain team on-site in our Meridian office! In this role, you’ll provide vital support for the development and coordination of various projects and activities. Working under the guidance of a seasoned manager, you’ll have the opportunity to dive deep into data analysis, project coordination, and process improvement, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, real-world environment.

What You Can Expect

  • This is a PAID Internship: $19.25 per hour
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination and management of ongoing supply chain projects, ensuring milestones are met and tasks are completed on time.
  • Data Management: Help with the entry, collection, and cleaning of critical data across systems such as Infor and Tecsys, including:
    • New item additions, description updates, and GTIN data review.

    • Data mining for multiple UOM GTINs and GLN onboarding.

    • Addressing missing item dimensions and weights.

    • GHX EDI account clean-up.

  • Data Analysis: Perform in-depth data analysis to support SKU reduction, UoM data analysis, and demand planning efforts.

  • Process Improvement: Contribute to ongoing efforts for continuous process enhancements across the department.

  • Collaboration: Attend and actively participate in department meetings, committees, and team processes.

  • Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding company and employee information.

Qualifications

  • Must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate college or university program with a focus on healthcare or a related business field with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Computer Science majors are preferred
  • Computer Science with an emphasis or double-major in Business and/or Economics preferred.
  • Exceptional Organizational Skills: You’re detail-oriented and can juggle multiple tasks at once, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in everything you do.

  • Adaptability: You’re comfortable with change and can handle shifting priorities while keeping projects on track.

  • Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in team settings and are eager to contribute your ideas while learning from others.

  • Analytical Mindset: You have a keen interest in data analysis and systems management, with a desire to understand how data drives decision-making in supply chain operations.
