Job Description

Solve by Talent was created following a demand for different recruitment supplier models. Our solutions are diverse, bespoke and customer orientated. They are designed to last through evolution, and as our business continues to adapt to the changing technology landscape so will this team.  Our consultants operate as part of the client's team, going to market with the client brand but with the support of the Talent business.

We are now looking to hire an awesome Talent Acquisition Partner in Manila to help us find the best talent across APAC. If you're passionate about recruiting, uncovering hidden talent and enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, this is the role for you!

Some of what you'll be doing:

  • Identifying, screening and interviewing candidates from the Media sector.
  • Building and managing talent pools proactively
  • Utilising multiple recruitment tools and search methodologies
  • Effectively managing the expectations of hiring managers
  • Coordinating interviews, assessments, offers and the on-boarding of new employees
  • Act as a daily conduit with the Talent International digital recruitment team to leverage a wider candidate base

Qualifications

  • 5+ Years of recruitment experience working in a fast-paced environment ideally with both an agency and inhouse background
  • A background of working across international roles, specifically the Australian market.
  • Knowledge of recruitment research and headhunting techniques
  • Exceptional communication and relationship building ability.
  • A high attention to detail with an ability to handle ambiguity while operating within a structured process.
  • An excellent work ethic and a desire for continued learning
  • The ability to meet deadlines in a rapidly changing environment, prioritising your time and using your initiative to provide solutions to what are often intangible services.
