Campus Recruiter

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Campus Recruiter to lead and execute our campus hiring initiatives. The recruiter will be responsible for building strong relationships with colleges, conducting recruitment drives, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates. If you are passionate about identifying top talent and driving campus hiring strategies, we’d love to have you on board!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and training institutes.
  • Plan and execute campus hiring events, placement drives, and job fairs.

  • Screen and assess candidates for internships and full-time roles.

Education: Any Bachelor's degree (Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field) -preferred

Networking & Relationship Building: Ability to establish and nurture relationships with academic institutions
