We are looking for a Recruiter to join our Global Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about finding and engaging high-quality talent while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience. This is an exciting opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while playing a critical role in scaling our teams.
This role will be hybrid, based out of our Menlo Park, CA office 3x per week.
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs.
Source and screen candidates through various channels, ensuring a strong talent pipeline.
Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones.
Ensure a seamless candidate experience by communicating clearly and promptly throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and update candidate records in Ashby, our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Assist with employer branding initiatives, including social media campaigns and recruitment events.
Support data tracking and reporting to help measure recruitment performance.
Take ownership of other recruiting-related projects as needed.
Master the Art of Hiring: Consistently meet or exceed hiring targets while ensuring every new team member aligns with our high standards for quality and culture.
Become a Sourcing Pro: Elevate candidate sourcing strategies by tapping into data insights and market trends to identify top talent.
Optimize Processes: Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR Operations teams to streamline recruitment and onboarding processes, enhancing efficiency at every step.
Expand Our Network: Boost employee & network referrals by strengthening Tarro’s presence in industry groups and recruitment communities, building relationships that help grow our talent pipeline.
Grow as a Leader: Show readiness for increased responsibility by taking the lead on smaller recruitment projects, driving initiatives, and consistently going above and beyond expectations.
You have 1-2 years of recruiting or sourcing experience in a fast-paced environment.
You are passionate about finding top talent and delivering an excellent candidate experience.
You possess strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
You have excellent communication skills and can build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
You are a self-starter who thrives in ambiguous environments and takes initiative to drive improvements.
You have experience sourcing talent using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Ashby
You have experience working in a high-growth startup environment.
You are familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as Ashby or Greenhouse.
You’ve contributed to employer branding initiatives or recruitment marketing campaigns.
You have a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality, frequently wearing more than one hat in a collaborative environment.
