TeamSnap is looking for a results-driven Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager to drive new business and fuel the next phase of growth for TeamSnap for Business. In this role, you’ll be responsible for shaping and executing marketing initiatives that build pipeline with youth sports organization customers. You will own the strategy and execution of campaigns that drive MQLs, convert leads into customers, and deliver new business bookings. Reporting to the Head of B2B Marketing, this is a highly visible role, with direct impact on B2B revenue growth.


What You'll Do:
  • Create and execute differentiated demand generation campaigns that drive new pipeline growth for TeamSnap for Business. 
  • Manage and scale marketing channels including paid media, organic, social, email, and events.
  • Deeply understand our buyers’ needs and journey to inform acquisition, nurture and conversion programs. 
  • Own and optimize landing pages to maximize lead capture and conversion.  
  • Manage lead scoring, MQL optimization, and sales handoffs to drive conversion to closed-won deals.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Content, Product Marketing and Sales Ops to align demand generation initiatives with business goals and sales priorities.
  • Manage marketing operations, including audience segmentation, lead management, marketing automation, and campaign assets.
  • Track, measure, forecast, and report on the full-funnel impact of demand gen programs—MQLs, SALs, pipeline velocity, and bookings.
  • Own demand gen for virtual and in-person events, ensuring strong attendance and post event lead process


What Will Set You Up for Success:
  • 8+ years of B2B demand generation experience, with a strong focus on SaaS.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing high impact B2B marketing programs, including digital marketing, paid media, email and events 
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g. Marketo or similar), CRM (e.g. Salesforce), and lead capture tools 
  • Highly data-driven, able to make strategic decisions based on performance metrics
  • Builder mindset, able to push effectively through complexity.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, able to rally a team around a campaign and goal


Bonus points:
  • Experience serving SMB audiences with high velocity sales processes

Compensation

We’re committed to equitable compensation for all TeamSnappers. The minimum starting point for this role is $117,000, inclusive of base and bonus, with comp updated based on multiple factors. Our comp is highly competitive in our space and we adjust overall comp based on relevant experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. 


🖥 Location

TeamSnap is a fully remote company, so you need to be very comfortable working with people who aren’t in the same time zone as you. We are always expanding, but there is a small list of states we do not hire in, including Alabama, Alaska, Delaware, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Iowa, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Mexico, Rhode Island, South Dakota and West Virginia and while we love all parts of the world, we can only hire permanent US residents at this time.
