Virtual Assistant (For Pooling)

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support.
  • Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and calendars for team members.
  • Prepare and organize documents and reports as requested.
  • Coordinate communication between clients and the team effectively.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in the software.
  • Support the preparation of invoices and manage billing processes.
  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Familiarity with accounting principles and practices is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
