Summary: We're looking for a Professional Learning Manager to lead the team responsible for onboarding and training our customers. In this role, you’ll oversee implementation and professional learning delivery, ensuring customers have a smooth, valuable experience from day one. You’ll lead a team of facilitators and implementation specialists, working cross-functionally to drive adoption, satisfaction, and long-term success. This role will report to the VP of Customer Success.

**Expected travel for this role is up to 75%**

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of Professional Learning Facilitators and Implementation Specialists, fostering growth and alignment to company goals.
  • Oversee end-to-end onboarding for new customers, ensuring successful implementation of Transfr’s solutions.
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality, engaging professional learning, both virtually and in-person, tailored to the needs of each customer.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Success, Programs, Product) to ensure training content is relevant, effective, and continuously improved.
  • Collaborate on the creation of scalable onboarding and training frameworks, including Train-the-Trainer models for partner enablement.
  • Monitor performance metrics (e.g., implementation timelines, learner feedback, CSAT, NPS) and use data to drive improvements in team delivery and customer experience.
  • Help identify and support at-risk customers by recommending re-engagement strategies or additional training.
  • Drive process improvements to increase efficiency, consistency, and overall impact of customer onboarding and professional learning.
  • Act as a senior escalation point for implementation or training-related concerns, resolving issues quickly and collaboratively.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in professional learning, implementation, or training roles
  • 3+ years of team leadership experience, specifically in professional learning and/or implementation
  • Background in education, workforce development, or organizational learning in addition to corporate (startup or larger organization) experience.
  • Strong understanding and experience of adult learning principles and instructional design
  • Familiarity with learning technologies (e.g., LMS platforms, e-learning tools)
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • A growth mindset and passion for helping others succeed
  • Experience with Train-the-Trainer models or international rollouts
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.

What We Offer: The base salary range for this position is expected to be between $100,000-120,000, with the actual base salary amount dependent on a number of factors, including but not limited to a candidate’s credentials, relevant experience, and primary job location. In addition to salary this role may be eligible for additional company benefits such as variable compensation, stock options, 401(k), paid vacation and sick time, and medical/dental/vision insurance.
