Responsibilities: Lead a team of facilitators, oversee onboarding and professional learning delivery, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance training content and customer success.
Skills: Expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, project management, and knowledge of learning technologies; excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Qualifications: 5+ years in professional learning or training roles, with at least 3 years in leadership; background in education or organizational learning preferred.
Location: Remote with up to 75% travel required
Compensation: $100000 - $120000 / Annually

Summary: We're looking for a Professional Learning Manager to lead the team responsible for onboarding and training our customers. In this role, you’ll oversee implementation and professional learning delivery, ensuring customers have a smooth, valuable experience from day one. You’ll lead a team of facilitators and implementation specialists, working cross-functionally to drive adoption, satisfaction, and long-term success. This role will report to the VP of Customer Success.
**Expected travel for this role is up to 75%**

What We Offer: The base salary range for this position is expected to be between $100,000-120,000, with the actual base salary amount dependent on a number of factors, including but not limited to a candidate’s credentials, relevant experience, and primary job location. In addition to salary this role may be eligible for additional company benefits such as variable compensation, stock options, 401(k), paid vacation and sick time, and medical/dental/vision insurance.
