Talent Acquisition Intern

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our EMEA team based in Stabio (CH). You will support HR activities with a focus on talent.

VF EMEA Internship Program is a 12-month journey aim to develop and boost future talents on their early career path. As we are in the business of unleashing human potential, driven by the ideas, energy, and commitment of our people, you can expect a dedicated and structured learning path and hands-on experience.

KEY INTERNSHIP INFO

  • Start date: June 1st, 2025.
  • For the first 6 months your salary will be 1600chf/month, while for the following 6 months it is 1900chf/month.
  • We cannot grant that internship will lead you to the permanent position, but thanks to the effective training 70% of interns are staying in the company after the internship period!

WHAT WILL YOU LEARN

You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team, being responsible of

  • Supporting Talent Acquisition process across different teams and brands.
  • Delivering hiring activities shadowing at the beginning and with increasing degree of autonomy.
  • Working across different HR teams to bring to life our people agenda.
  • Shadowing TA teams to learn about human resources and people management.
  • Lead recruitment projects in accordance with our annual people goals.

  • You will have a student status while beginning the internship - it’s a must.
  • You have a EU / EEA valid passport
  • You are fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You have curious mindset with passion for working with people.
  • You are eager to learn and face up new challenges.
  • First experience such as other internships, extracurricular activities, is considered as a plus.
