Vimeo is looking for a Sr. Payroll Specialist to join our Accounting team responsible for payroll processing. We seek candidates who are self-starting, resourceful, and have strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Process hourly and salaried payroll bi-weekly
  • Partner with HR to manage the Hire to Retire process for Payroll
  • Ensure compliance with local payroll and fringe benefit requirements
  • Maintain tax and filing notices with outsourced payroll vendor
  • Process stock transactions through the UKG system
  • Generate standard payroll reports and reconcile before transmission

Education
