Work with Visa Managed Services:

Visa Managed Services (VMS) is part of Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA), the externally facing strategy consulting group of Visa. We draw on our expertise in strategy consulting, data analytics, and industry experience to develop fact-based recommendations to improve client performance. 

The VMS team is all about delivery, implementation, and execution.  We create squads of delivery consultants to embed within our clients’ organizations to help them deliver better results, faster.

This role will be under VMS to partner with our client, a major bank to deliver on their growth ambitions in Corporate Cards and B2B payments.

About the role

We are looking for a passionate product, strategy and proposition manager to join and work within a team responsible for the management of Corporate Card products for one of our largest major bank strategic partners. 

Based in our strategic partners amazing, state of the art office in Melbourne, you’ll be responsible for leading customer acquisition and engagement initiatives, working cross-functionally to deliver growth across the Corporate Cards portfolio.

Key responsibilities include

  • Execute the corporate cards product & pricing strategy to achieve business objectives and growth
  • Continue to expand B2B payments through go to market and commercialization activities
  • Define and optimize the product proposition to meet evolving customer needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including distribution, relationship managers, and operations, to implement product initiatives.
  • Lead go to market activities for product and capability uplifts to effectively promote corporate cards & B2B payments
  • Develop sales collateral to support distribution, media, system changes and product input.

What you will be doing:

  • Experience in managing Corporate Card products &/or worked in B2B payments
  • Experience in corporates and responding to RFPs
  • Ability to enhance product propositions to drive profitability and meet customer needs
  • Ability to leverage data analysis and insights to support strategy development  
  • Work cross-functionally across the value chain to plan and execute initiatives  
  • Analyse corporate card and B2B performance to iterate on the strategy

Qualifications

What you will need to be successful:

  • 6+ years experience in corporate cards or B2B payments 
  • Experience in and passion for payments and banking
  • Prior experience in managing corporate card products or leading growth initiatives is a major plus
  • A proven track record of delivering projects to time, within costs and to the highest quality
  • Go to market and commercialization experience
  • Working cross functionally with internal risk and legal teams to deliver flawlessly
  • Tertiary/post graduate qualifications in relevant field
